I specialize in working with Tech and Product teams in start-ups and scale-ups that need simple frameworks to improve the way they collaborate and make decisions so they can make better products, more efficiently and higher quality. Strategy Workshop

A clear strategy and focus will determine if your teams deliver value this year or not. This 2-day workshop takes the Engineering and Product leaders to build out the vision, project ideas, roadmap, and hiring plan to build a compelling story for C level, the board, and investment firms.

Product Roadmap Strategy Workshop

In this 3-day Workshop, the leaders from Engineering, Product, and some C level get together to put all the ideas on the table, and come out with a detailed and realistic Product Roadmap for the year. This is a high-level Roadmap, but the deliverables include: a prioritized list of the top strategic projects aligned to the goals that are achievable, and a hiring plan with a monthly resource plan to back it up.

LEGO Workshops

LEGO workshops are a fun twist to introduce a new concept, train or make a decision. In this workshop, we built LEGO houses but using sprints and role switching to understand how it is to be in someone else's shoes. The CEO played an Engineering Manager, developers played as Product Managers, and everyone learned how to collaborate better and faster.

Ways of Working Workshop

Define the ways of working for your department. Every team needs to figure out ways of working especially as they grow and things change. Are you struggling to find a common ground and make decisions? Are there different camps of people who want to go towards different methods? Do a WoW Workshop to finally choose something that works.

Decision Making Workshop
